Rosedale Baptist School recently expanded into their second campus located in White Marsh, Maryland.  A 27,000 SF existing space was fully renovated into an early-learning facility and lower school with 17 new classrooms.

Moore College of Art and Design offers undergraduate art and design programs. The college initiated a program to create a Campus Master Plan.  The Master Plan will provide priorities and an integrated ten (10) year recapitalization program.

This new preschool provides children with Montessori learning spaces as well as indoor and outdoor space.

Formerly used as office space, this approximately 3,500 square foot Victorian-style house was completely renovated to house the University’s extensive African Art Collection.

The University initiated a project to renovate a science laboratory in the Frances M. Maguire School of Nursing and Health Professions.

As part of Delaware State University’s (DSU) initiative to provide students with an improved dining experience, the MLK Building Dining Facility was renovated and the food services offerings upgraded.

Drexel University is renovating Calhoun Hall Dormitory and constructing a new addition. DEDC-Cx provided commissioning services for the project.

As part of our Alliance Agreement with Drexel University we have we have completed several design and commissioning projects in this building.

Drexel University’s Main Building is approximately 164,000 square feet. An evaluation was completed to assess the optimal use of the existing space to accommodate office and classroom.

A program to comprehensively assess building HVAC systems was initiated by the College Maintenance and Operations team. Five (5) buildings were evaluated. Recommendations were developed and presented to facilities leadership to be used to develop a capital program. DEDC completed construction documents for several of the projects and provided assistance during construction.
