DEDC is an Alliance engineering and design partner with West Chester University. We have completed project of all types on campus. Examples are MEP infrastructure upgrades, energy saving projects, building renovations, and site utility master planning.
Westminster Theological Seminary
This project constructs a new 42,000 square foot Academic Building to provide congregation (chapel) space, classrooms, meeting rooms and offices. A new Student Housing Building will also be built.
University of the Sciences U1 Residence Hall
The University of the Sciences initiated a project to construct a new 144,000 square foot, 400-bed housing building. DEDC-Cx provided commissioning services for the project.
University of Delaware Maker Space
The University of Delaware, Pearson Hall “MakerGym” Project created a collaborative engineering workspace.
University of Delaware Esports
A new state-of-the-art Esports “Arena” was recently completed on the first floor of the University of Delaware Perkins Student Center.
Temple University Anderson Hall
A project was initiated to create a new Anderson Hall lobby atrium. The new lobby atrium includes space for lectures, gatherings, and job fairs.
University of Delaware Star Campus
The new FinTech Building required a new 12,470-volt primary electrical service from the existing switch located on the corner of Avenue 1743 and Discovery Boulevard. The project also included installing new conductors, a new primary switch and evaluating and re-using an existing duct bank.
Springfield College Renovation
Due to expansion of programs and enrollment increases, the Wilmington Campus of the Springfield College, School of Human Services relocated its Wilmington Campus to a larger space. This project renovated approximately 22,000 square feet of office space to become classrooms and teaching support facilities.
Rutgers University Esports Center
Rutgers initiated a project to create a single, centralized Esports Center space on the Busch Campus. The new space will be the home for the various leagues, support non-league play and offer virtual and retro game play for all students.
Rowan University Wilson Hall
Rowan’s Dance Program is currently located within multiple buildings throughout Rowan’s Main Campus. To centralize the Dance Program, a project was initiated to expand Wilson Hall by constructing a building addition.
