Just Food For Dogs

JustFoodforDogs (JFFD) operates more than 70 retail locations, including kitchens, pantries, and store-in-store formats.

As part of their strategy to expand nationwide, a project was complete to create a new state of the art 21,000 square foot kitchen. The new commercial kitchen will make healthy food for dogs and cats, a line of prescription food for dogs with specific illnesses and custom formulations for sick dogs and cats.

HIKMA Pharmaceuticals Micro Emulsion

HIKMA Pharmaceuticals is one of the twenty largest generic prescription medication providers in the United States.  HIKMA commissioned a project to create a new 10,000 square foot Compounding Suite and associated spaces within their existing facility.

Envirowaste Processing and Recycling Facility

Envirowaste provides construction and demolition recycling services for a variety of industries and market segments.

This project constructed a new recycling services facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The new facility includes the main building with process equipment and an automated material sorting and recovery system.

CTDI Renovation

CTDI is a full-service, global engineering repair and logistics company providing best-cost solutions to the communications industry. CTDI’s initiated a project to expand and renovate their Coatesville, PA facility which included a117,000 warehouse and two story 40,000 square foot office addition.

A design build delivery method was selected.

Agri-Kind Cannabis Growing Facility

Agri-Kind received the green light from the Pennsylvania Department of Health to begin cannabis cultivation in Chester, Pennsylvania. This project constructs a new 62,000-square-foot state of the art facility in Chester, Pennsylvania.

ILC Dover

ILC is an engineering development and manufacturing company specializing in the use of high-performance flexible materials, ILC serves the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical, aerospace and healthcare industries and is best known for making space suits for NASA. DEDC completed an Arc Flash Analysis of the Dover facility’s power system to determine the incident energy available at specific electrical devices that employees would be exposed to while “interacting with” the electrical equipment at the facility.

Bloom Energy

Bloom Energy produces solid oxide fuel cell power generators called Bloom Energy Servers that use natural gas or biogas as fuel. The fuel cells are housed in metal cabinets and each one produces electricity. DEDC has completed several projects at Bloom’s manufacturing facility. The projects impact manufacturing capability as well as Bloom’s work force.

Siemens Healthineers

Siemens Healthineers is one of the world’s largest suppliers of technology to the healthcare industry. DEDC is an Alliance provider of engineering and design services to Siemens. Projects completed include mechanical and electrical infrastructure upgrades as well as design for new production lines as well as production capacity increases.

DuPont Kalrez Manufacturing

This manufacturing facility produces high performance Kalrez® Perfluoroelastomer seals in a discrete part manufacturing environment. DEDC is an Alliance provider of engineering and design services for DuPont and completes many projects each year at this manufacturing facility.
