This new 60,000-square foot, mixed-use Medical Office Building includes procedure rooms, patient examination and treatment areas, medical laboratories and common areas.

Complete renovation and expansion of an existing 70,000 square foot building to become a mixed use medical office, laboratory, procedural and medical diagnostic facility. The project created procedural and diagnostic suites, spaces for linear accelerator, X-Ray, CT, MRI, mammography and ultrasound equipment as well as nuclear medicine rooms. Renovations include installation of new mechanical and electrical infrastructure to support the new program.
