DEDC has completed several renovation projects for Wells Fargo at the Wells Fargo Plaza Building.
Aetna
DEDC provided engineering and design services for the renovation of 23,000 square feet of space in Burlington, Massachusetts. The new space includes offices, a business center, conference areas and other amenity spaces.
WSFS Bank Philadelphia Branch
This project was the first new bank renovation in the City of Philadelphia for WSFS, one of the oldest banks in the United States.
Vanguard Orion Client Center
DEDC is an Alliance Engineering and Commissioning Services provider to Vanguard. As an Alliance service provider, we have the opportunity to provide engineering and commissioning services for a variety of projects.
This project upgraded the Orion Building Client Center, including significant upgrades to the Client Center Audio Visual (AV) Systems.
Vanguard Building 35
DEDC-Cx provided Commissioning services for this new 240,000 square foot project. The four (4) story building is connected with the two (2) existing buildings on the West Campus via a two-story bridge that also includes workspace.
John Templeton Foundation
The John Templeton Foundation is a philanthropic organization that funds inter-disciplinary research about human purpose.
This project created a new space for the John Templeton Foundation Staff. The project included reconfiguring the east side of the sixth floor and expanding into the west side of the sixth floor. Approximately 15,600 square feet of space was renovated as part of this project.
Citizens Bank
Citizens Financial Group, Inc. is one of the nation’s oldest and largest financial institutions. Citizens Financial Group recently developed a program to renovate many of its Branch Banks. DEDC provided mechanical and electrical engineering and design services for the renovation projects in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Massachusetts, New York and New Jersey.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) is an independent, not-for-profit organization authorized by Congress to protect America’s investors by making sure the securities industry operates ethically.
FINRA provides oversight for broker-dealers and, through its comprehensive regulatory programs regulates both the firms and professionals that sell securities in the United States. This project involved renovating approximately 20,000 square feet of space to become their new Philadelphia location on Market Street.
Capital One Ben Franklin Café
Capital One occupies a multistory building with first floor café, food preparation and meeting areas. These areas did not meet current business and employee needs. A project was initiated to expand and renovate these areas. DEDC completed a detailed evaluation and analysis of the existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure and utilities serving the affected spaces.
Discover Card Customer Fulfillment Center Renovation
Discover Card operates a 140,000 square foot central customer fulfillment center. The space consists of workstation, closed offices, team and conference rooms and support space. A $15 million project objective was initiated to completely reconfigure and renovate the space. This project also included expansion into an adjacent building. As part of the project, the building’s mechanical and electrical systems were completely upgraded and reconfigured. A new central UPS and a new two (2) megawatt diesel powered backup generator were installed to maintain operations during a power outage. The newly renovated facility will achieve LEED Certification.
