The Vanity Fair Outlet Center complex, originally constructed from 1906 to 1920, includes more than a million square feet of space in nine (9) buildings. The plans for the site included demolition of selected buildings and renovation and re-purposing of existing buildings. The product will provide the community with a vibrant, walkable, mixed-use campus with offices, retail stores and restaurants connected by outdoor pathways and landscaping features.
The anchor building of the redeveloped property is the 150,000-square-foot center section of an existing larger building. This is the headquarters for United Power and Gas.
