Founded in 1854, The Philadelphia Cricket Club is one of the oldest clubs in the country. This project includes construction of a new 15,000 square foot squash/locker addition, a new paddle hut and renovations to the new pool building. The work for each area involved HVAC, plumbing, power and lighting upgrades as well as upgrades to the existing infrastructure. This project was particularly challenging because of the need to preserve the essence of the buildings and environment while incorporating modern engineering and design practices and improvements.
