Philadelphia’s 562,000 square foot 30th Street Station building is owned by Amtrak. The facility features a vast main passenger concourse with ornate Art Deco décor. Construction of the building began in 1927 and the station opened in 1933. DEDC worked with Amtrak to renovate the Centralized Electrification and Traffic Control (CETC) Space at Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station.
