Founded in 1899, Innis Arden is a private club that includes an eighteen-hole golf course and practice range. This project replaces the existing clubhouse with a new 67,000 square feet clubhouse. The new clubhouse includes a banquet area, kitchen, locker room, fitness area, and amenities.
