Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield decided to consolidate their corporate and operating spaces from five (5) buildings to one (1) building to reduce their overall footprint and improve efficiency. Approximately 190,000 square feet of new space was fit out to consolidate all functions. The program included providing a variety of spaces including private offices, workstations (call center), a data center and cafeteria spaces. Unique common spaces were also created.
