The Delaware Army National Guard maintains fifteen (15) armories. The Delaware National Guard US Property and Fiscal Office Building was identified as a building presenting an opportunity to replace an aging, inefficient HVAC system with a new, more efficient system. A new geothermal heat pump system was installed.
