On Site Resources
DEDC provides staff augmentation services to our customers to support project management, engineering and design, and CAD activities. We typically provide resources from within our office to meet the needs of our clients. This allows us to select the best candidates for your assignment based upon our in depth knowledge of the candidates character, skills, strengths, and weaknesses. This approach significantly increases the probability that a candidate will be a good fit for your assignment. Also, when the assignment ends the resource typically returns to our office and will be available for future work or assignments. Providing on site resources to our clients allows us to meet one of our core philosophies of becoming and extension of your organization.
